Churros Ingredients

Cooking Churros:

Step 1: Cook the dough.

In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter, then pour two thirds of a glass of water into it and add sugar. Stir the contents and warm up a little so that the granulated sugar is completely dissolved. Pour the resulting mass into a bowl and add the sifted premium wheat flour. Then knead the dough. Drive 2 eggs into a bowl and continue to knead the contents until smooth.

Step 2: Fry the churros.

We take a cooking bag or a pastry syringe and put our dough into it. If there are no such attributes in your kitchen, then you can make such a bag yourself from improvised means. This will require a dense package or even a clerical file. We spread the dough into it so that it is all on one side, then we roll it in the shape of a cone and cut off the corner. When squeezing out, a thin strip of dough will come out of it. Pour a large amount of oil into the pan and heat it well. Churros can also be deep-fried. Squeeze out a bag of dough in the shape of a heart, a donut, or just a flat strip. It all depends on your desires and imagination. Fry them for 3 minutes on each side. Then we get it and put it on a grid or on a napkin so that excess oil can drain.

Step 3: Serve Churosi.

Dessert is served warm on the table. Before use, it can be sprinkled with powdered sugar to taste. Churros also go very well with chocolate sauces or fruit syrups. For example, a chocolate addition to a dish can be prepared as follows: melt the chocolate in a water bath. To do this, break the tile and stir it into a bowl. We collect water in a pot and put it on medium heat. Bring the liquid to a boil, insert a bowl of chocolate into it and heat it. When the pieces begin to thaw, add milk or cream to a bowl in a water bath and mix the contents. When the chocolate has completely melted, add vanillin to the sauce on the tip of the knife. This sauce must be kept until serving in a warm place. Enjoy your meal!

- - When preparing the dough, you can add orange juice, then the dessert will turn out with a spicy citrus aroma.

- - Churros also go well with cinnamon, so when served, you can mix powdered sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle them with dessert.
