- DOUGH INGREDIENT:
- 3 yolks
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 150 gr lard (at room temperature)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- as much flour as it contains
- 3 egg whites
- a pinch of salt
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 5 tablespoons ground walnuts
- the jam you have I used is raspberry.
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Dessert baskets with jam and walnuts:
Put in a bowl the yolks, sugar, sour cream and lard, mix well until smooth and add flour previously mixed with baking powder, little by little until you get the desired dough, only good for shaping. I took a piece of dough, put it in the form and shaped it according to the walls of the form. We now turn to the filling.
Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt, add the sugar and mix until the foam becomes shiny, add the ground walnuts and mix with a spatula from the bottom up.
Put the jam in the baskets and the egg foam with walnuts on top. We will bake them in the preheated oven at 170 Celsius for 20-30, until they start to brown.
