Put the yeast mixture in a large bowl, cut the butter / cold margarine into thin strips and then mix them all, crushing them with your fingers. Add the vinegar, water and egg, mix and knead until you get a smooth dough.
Refrigerate the dough for an hour, so that it does not soften on the table and work it easier.
Cut the dough into two pieces, process them one at a time.
Spread the first sheet of dough, from which you cut pretzels with a pastry shape. I didn't have a special shape for the pretzels and I would have liked it, but I didn't give up and I made them. Thus, cut thin and long strips, roll each strip a little, to get the shape of a string. You place it in a U-shape, take the two ends and pass one end under the other, then bring the tips to the bottom of the letter U.
Place the pretzels in a tray with baking paper, grease them with the beaten egg a little before. Sprinkle browned sesame seeds before in a fat-free, salt-free pan.
Put the tray in the preheated oven (I have a gas oven), for 15 minutes, over medium heat.
Do the same with the remaining dough.
