Cooking American Donuts:

Step 1: Cook the dough.

Mix the yeast in a deep plate with two tablespoons of warm water and leave them for 5 minutes. If foam has formed on the surface after time, this means that the yeast has reacted. Also add sugar, salt and cinnamon to the mass. Next, pour the yeast. After that we take the mixer and knead the dough thoroughly until it becomes homogeneous and moderately elastic. If you do not have a mixer, then you can knead with your hands, but in this case the process will take more time and effort. After the dough is ready, it must be covered with a clean kitchen towel and left for 30-40 minutes at room temperature. During this time, the dough will grow significantly and become lush and soft.

Step 2: Form the donuts.

In order to make beautiful donuts, we need a cup with a wide neck and a stack of thick glass. These attributes of the dishes will serve us as a form for donuts. Of course, you can cut them with a knife and even use a cardboard form, but there is nothing more convenient than a cup and a cup. We roll part of the dough into a sheet about 2-3 centimeters wide. Next, with the help of a cup, the throat of which is slightly sprinkled with flour, we press a large circle in the dough, and in it a small pile. We take them out and put them on a cutting board greased with flour, and form the rest of the dough into a ball and roll it out again. The remaining circles from the middle of our bagels are also fried over medium heat with a lot of vegetable oil. As a result, they will turn out beautiful browned balls.

Step 4: Serve the American Donuts.

Classic donuts must be served in any additives. It can be icing, icing sugar or melted chocolate. In order to cook it, break the tile into a bowl. At the same time, put the pan on the fire and pour water into it when it boils a bowl, insert it into the pan and cover the whole thing with a lid.
