I kept making pancakes in the same way, with cocoa, oatmeal, wholemeal flour, mashed bananas, apples, yogurt, milk, you wonder what ... But, I'm sorry if I don't- the best ever came out, so simple from white flour, with a few cranberries, very close to the basic recipe. Sometimes traditional recipes also make sense. That sounds to me like I don't cook much traditionally.
So, pancakes on the weekend in the morning for breakfast, it's a dream, they are made quickly, and you feel good all day long. Literally if I exaggerate. I used a Teflon pan, special for pancakes that allowed me to put three poles of dough at a time and in a maximum of 30 minutes the pancakes were prepared, devoured and the dishes washed ... Incredible how good they can come out with eggs house, they are so fluffy and take the perfect shape of American pancakes. So try and enjoy!

Break the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the yolks with salt and set aside. Beat the egg whites until stiff, add the sugar and continue beating until the sugar develops. Separately rub the yolks with the oil, flavors, water and pour over the egg whites. Stir gently, from bottom to top, until smooth. Pour the mixture into detachable form, level and bake in the oven, over medium heat, a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius, about 20 minutes. It is tested with toothpicks inserted in the countertop. If it comes out clean, the countertop is ready. Leave to cool.
Meanwhile, prepare the cranberry cream. Put in a deep bowl a glass of water, sugar, cranberries and well-washed raspberries. And let them soak in sugar for about 20 minutes. Drain the water separately in a cup. Then pass the fruit well with a food processor, making sure that the sugar is melted and that the cream is homogenized. Add the gelatin according to the instructions on the envelope.
Cut the cake top in half and soften it with the remaining juice from the soaked fruit. Put the cream on the counter, spread it well, put the other half on the counter and leave the cake to cool for at least 4-5 hours. Serve with a chocolate icing or with freshness and a lot of appetite!
Biscuits with oatmeal, bananas and cranberries
It is a recipe that they make for us (the older ones), but it is also suitable for babies aged 8-9 months if you replace the cranberries with raisins, for example, and do not add honey.
- 160g oatmeal
- 2-3 well-ripened medium bananas
- 50g cranberries (or other dried fruit)
- 5 hydrated dates
- a tip of cinnamon knife
- a tablespoon of coconut oil (or sunflower & # 8211 70ml)
- 1-2 tablespoons of honey (optional, if you want them sweeter)
- free (optional)
Method of preparation:
- Blend the bananas with coconut oil, a vanilla pod, cinnamon and dates (I leave them in water for about 2-3 hours). If you do not have a blender, use a fork to crush the bananas and cut the dates into small pieces.
- The puree obtained is mixed well with oatmeal.
- I incorporate in the composition the dried fruits and a spoonful of honey.
- I'm going to shape the cookies. I take a spoonful of the obtained composition and shape it in the palms until I get a round shape. I leave them thicker because we like them to be soft inside. You can make them thin if you like them crispier. I place them in a tray in which I have previously put baking paper.
- Place the biscuits in the preheated oven at 190 degrees for about 20 minutes.

To be honest, I don't know exactly how many biscuits came out, but I think about 12. It's good that you asked so I will remember to mention the amount at the end of the recipes. I say you can keep them quiet for 4-5 days.

Pancakes with cranberries and raspberries (from homemade eggs) - Recipes
Crispy coconut flakes and sweet-sour cranberries for contrast. A healthy and tasty mix that can be enjoyed without thinking about the diet because it has no added sugar.
Fluffy pancakes are an interpretation of the famous US pancakes, but they do not contain sugar, improvers or any other dubious ingredients. The portion includes two "fat", fluffy but low-calorie pancakes, as well as separate cherry topping.
In order not to run away from the goodness of them, but also for additional protection, the pancakes are left to cool and then they are carefully vacuumed.
We prefer them cold, but they can be heated to taste. Whatever your choice, their special flavor will be delightful. It is eaten without regrets, with lust!
- The pancakes are made with organic flour from SPELTA (Alac) which comes from organic agriculture, from Romania. This type of flour has many advantages over the usual one on the market!
- no oil of any kind is used in the cooking process except for a small amount used for lubricating stainless steel molds so that the pancakes do not stick to them

Pancakes with bananas and oatmeal
A healthy breakfast idea: pancakes with bananas and oatmeal.
They are good and warm and cold, so you can make them in the evening to eat the next day for breakfast.
We grind the oatmeal in the food processor with an S-blade (I had some of the broken ones from Sano Vita).
We put them in a bowl. In the robot we add the bananas and the milk and we homogenize the composition well,
which we then pour over the oatmeal and mix well.
We put the composition with a large spoon in a non-stick pan, which we heated well beforehand with 1 teaspoon of oil in it.
Be careful not to make them big, they will scatter when you turn them. Mine were about 8-9 cm in diameter.
Let them brown over low heat, then turn them carefully with a spatula.
Be careful not to return them too soon as they spread (I suffered it & # 128513).
Today we have a quick recipe for breakfast or any other time of the day when we want something sweet.
It can be made from only two ingredients: bananas and eggs + baking powder, but I chose to add a little flour.
They are good and fragrant and can be consumed by the little ones. Banana lovers will love them!
1 and 1/2 well ripened bananas
a teaspoonful of baking powder
1 tablespoon flour (optional)
1/4 teaspoon turmeric (optional, for color)
maple syrup & ndash for serving (optional)

Lightly beat the eggs in a small bowl. We crush the bananas with the fruculita in a medium bowl (we don't care too much for them, so that small pieces of banana remain).
Put eggs over bananas, then add flour mixed with salt, baking powder and turmeric (if using).
Homogenize the composition well.
Heat a non-stick pan on the fire and grease it with a little oil. We put 2 leagues in the composition (don't make the pancakes too big,
because they are fragile and can break when you turn them over).
Bake them for about a minute and a half on each side, carefully turning them with a spatula.
We continue like this until we finish the composition. Grease the pan with oil from time to time.
We serve them with sour fruits and maple syrup over them. I placed them as you see in the pictures and I have them

Do you love chocolate regardless of its shape, combination, whether it is white or black ?! Then it's time to go shopping because today we will make homemade white chocolate with cranberries and pistachios, a simple recipe.
It was not very easy for me to get to this recipe, but after a few tests, some less successful, the result was truly wonderful. I received recipes and recipes that I tried, one was too soft, another too hard, one too sweet, another sticky, but now I can say that this is the most successful I have done so far.
I'm a big fan of chocolate and here are some homemade chocolate recipes, but there will definitely be more:

Today I want to propose a recipe for breakfast, pancakes, which are made in a blender in less than 2 minutes and baked in less than 5 minutes. This way, you can have a healthy, quick breakfast for you and your family. Breakfast is a very important meal - it can either make or break your day.
Ingredients pancakes with berries:
& # 8211 250g flour
& # 8211 a sachet of baking powder
& # 8211 a teaspoon of salt
& # 8211 a spoonful of sugar
& # 8211 350ml milk
& # 8211 50g melted butter
& # 8211 core from ½ vanilla stick
& # 8211 Frozen berries (currants, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries)
First we put in the blender the milk, the melted butter, the sugar and the core from the vanilla stick. Stir at maximum speed for 10 seconds.
Then add flour, salt, baking powder and continue to mix with the blender at maximum speed for 1-2 minutes or until we have a homogeneous composition, which flows hard from the spoon.
Then heat a Teflon pan (to ensure that the pancakes do not stick. If you do not have such a non-stick pan, you can use a normal pan, which you grease with a little oil, a very very small amount, just like and for normal pancakes) and we put half a polish on each pancake, leaving it to take the only round, specific shape. Bake them for about 1 minute on one side, until they start to bubble on the top. Now it's time to put the berries.
After we put the fruits, we turn them on the other side, where we leave them for 1 minute, until the pancakes are nicely browned on both sides.
We can serve them simple, powdered with sugar or sprinkled with a little honey or maple syrup. They go perfectly in the school package for the little ones and can be a healthy recipe on Sundays with the family.
