Melt the chocolate, butter and dissolved ness over low heat, until the composition becomes homogeneous. Leave to cool, then add the sugar and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing vigorously after each, until the composition becomes glossy. Sift flour and salt into it, mix ONLY and add chopped walnut kernels. Spread the dough with a spoon in the form (20/30 cm) lined with baking paper and bake for about 25 minutes at 180 degrees .

Beat the cream cheese with the butter with the mixer, until the cream becomes fluffy. Add the powdered sugar, vanilla and cinnamon and beat a little more, until smooth. Grease the cream evenly on the baked and cooled countertop. Let cool for an hour.

Melt the chocolate, butter, whipped cream and ness dissolved in water, stirring constantly, until the icing becomes homogeneous. Cool to room temperature.

Grease the icing evenly over the layer of cream and let it cool for at least 3 hours.

Cut into squares, which are stored in the refrigerator.

This thing about keeping it in the fridge is a metaphor, literally! :)) Natalia says in the recipe that it can be kept for up to 5 days. But who sits with such a cake in the fridge for so long? I don't! :)))

Delicious Desert: Cappuccino Brownies

A fairly simple cake to make, with a slightly different consistency. A dense, fragrant top, with large pieces of walnut, a fine cream, with a cinnamon scent, perfectly complemented by a thin layer of chocolate.

120 gr dark chocolate
one tablespoon ness dissolved in 1/2 tablespoon hot water
80 gr butter
100 gr sugar
1/2 cana faina
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (not ground)
2 eggs
2 sachets of vanilla sugar
a little salt

160 gr Philadelphia cheese (or Almette)
100 gr powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
o lingurita ness
40 gr butter

80 gr dark chocolate
50 gr liquid whipped cream
20 gr butter
2 teaspoons ness

Method of preparation

1. Wheat. Melt the chocolate together with the butter and the ness in a saucepan, over low heat. Allow to cool and incorporate the sugar. Add one egg, mix vigorously until incorporated and then add the other doing the same. Sift the flour, mix it with the salt and add it to the mixture. Then add the vanilla sugar, walnuts and mix gently, gently. Wallpaper a tray (18/20) with baking paper, pour the mixture, level and place the tray in the preheated oven at 175-180 degrees for 25 minutes.

2. Cream. I put all the ingredients together, put the mixer in and mixed for two minutes. What a taste! A very fine cream that I would use for a cake. When the countertop has cooled, spread the cream and level it nicely. Let the cake cool for an hour.

3. For the glaze we mix all the ingredients on a steam bath, in a saucepan. Leave until you get a homogeneous mixture and the chocolate is completely melted. Cool until it reaches room temperature then spread it evenly over the cake.

4. Let cool for at least 3 hours then cut it into squares.

It really is a special cake. When I made it for the first time, I was deeply impressed by the taste, but also by the fact that look, I also know how to make good cakes :))))
We don't care much about it either, but I cut the smaller pieces, and put some of them in the freezer. I take them out from time to time, frozen brownies have a divine taste, I recommend you try, if you can freeze something: D

pfuai all my favorite ingredients, this cake must be crazy, bravo Miha.

very beautiful combination. Congratulations.
Nati is right, frozen and about 20-30 minutes before you go out they have a taste of madness.

May I have one more piece that I have kept sacred for morning coffee. :)) Now I'm going to put it in the freezer! :))

:))) I have a curiosity: how do you manage to drink your coffee with the cake, without your children taking it? My greedy ones wouldn't let me :-D
The only time of day when I can enjoy something quietly is late in the evening, after I have put them both to bed.

I told them it was with coffee, that it was for adults and they didn't insist. They tasted the cake, but did not eat to their heart's content.
Today I lured them with ice cream. :))

this cake is very beautiful! congratulations. You gave me ideas again :) I kiss you

how good is brownie. what a craving you made me!

how it looks. and not the little pope? more for you! how bad and grievous they are. I'm leaving, because it's raining in my mouth.

Thank you Lacrima!
I am very glad that I can be a source of inspiration for you! :)

Ellis, I know you made this cake once! Is that okay? :))

Flowers, the little ones just tasted, I explained to them that it's with coffee, that it's for older people. I made ice cream for them! :)

Delicious and beautiful dessert! I have some awards for you in my blog :)

Thanks Maria! I'll be coming to you soon! Kisses and hugs!

It looks like millions. Can you please tell me how much a cup has for you? how many grams? I don't have them with the measures, on the eyes or the cup. And how big was the tray? Thanks a lot! A good day!

cami, I used a 240 ml cup, and the tray is small, 20/30 cm.

Thanks a lot.
PS: Martipan is found at Kaufland

Hi, Mihaela! Happy birthday, late for name day! Absolutely divine cake!
I did it now, when cutting the word for my little girl, Ingrid! Everyone was impressed!

Larisa, thank you!
The cake is divine, your guests were pampered. :)
Many kisses!

can I use sweet cream instead of liquid cream?

If you mean sweet cream for whipped cream, yes. it is very good. )

can I replace the dark chocolate on the counter and the icing with the milk one? I don't get along with what she loves. ))

Cristina, I don't like to eat dark chocolate either. goala. :)) But in cakes it's so good that I can't resist it. :))
I've never tried milk chocolate, but I think it works. Why not? It's just that you have to reduce the sugar, not to be too sweet.
Don't you like dark chocolate at all? Try the recipe at least once and you will see how good the cake is. You eat and you don't even realize when it's over. :))

Miha and I made the cake and I can say that it is amazing! I hug you and thank you!

Kisses Ruxy. Not for nothing did I call her & quot; holiday queen & quot :))

I have it in process now. I've been salivating for 2 days looking at the pictures. Unfortunately, the countertop didn't grow at all and I followed the instructions step by step :( I don't have cinnamon either, but I think it will still be delicious, although I have traces of doubt about the countertop. Are there any other tricks?

The countertop does not grow, it is not a fluffy countertop. It's rather hard, like a cookie. But after you put the cream on it and put it in the fridge, it gets the perfect consistency. It will be good and without cinnamon, but be sure to try this option, it is absolutely delicious.

If you have any further questions, I will be happy to answer. I wish you a beautiful day. : *

I also made this cake for the first time and it is delicious! I have always made brownise with walnuts, but never in this combination. It is very refined and tasty. I can't wait to do it again this weekend. My sister-in-law, who rejects any walnut cake from the start, couldn't help but eat a slice when she saw what it looked like and felt it smell.

I poured it in a round tray with a detachable bottom of 28cm and it came out a bit thin, so I'm going to double the quantities and get a more presentable height.

Diana, I'm really glad you liked the cake. It really is a very good cake.
Very good idea to put in the round tray, I think it looks great, even if the slice is thin. It's a good idea to double the quantities, but I'll tell you that this is the cake of its kind, not very high, only about 2 fingers high. If you make it in a square tray and cut small portions, they are only good to eat once. :)))

I came back because I did it again today. I couldn't wait until tomorrow. This time I made the normal countertop and doubled the amounts of cream and icing because I am a big eater of cheese desserts, as well as chocolate. By pure chance I arrived today through the market and the idea came to me to put fat cow's cheese instead of almette. Apart from the fact that it didn't mix so well (there are still small grains of cheese that I only know about), a madness came out! Sorry, but I don't think I can go back to the Almette version. :)

Oh Diana, what a craving you made me for this cake. :)) I wouldn't wait for Christmas to execute it. :)))

good cake. at least at first sight .. I will try to do it for CHRISTMAS and it would be good for it to come out first

And I hope you come out first and like it. If you have any questions or need any opinion regarding the recipe, please write to me.

Hi, the cake looks great, I want to make it for Christmas now, I hope it comes out, but I also have a question, can't you put baking powder on the counter?

sorry I forgot to ask, should the whipped cream be beaten?

No, don't bake. The top is neither high nor fluffy. It's rather hard, like a cookie. But then it softens from the cream, just enough to be good to eat. :)

Have fun and I hope you like it as much.

Put the whipped cream as it is, do not beat.
You can also use milk and a little more butter.

thank you very much. I want to do it on Thursday, I can't wait to see how it turns out. I also went for Christmas. happy miha

Thanks! Merry Christmas to you! : *

Hi Miha, I have a question too. Unfortunately I don't have where to buy Almete, what other cheese can I put?

Alyna and Philadelphia, where do you get it from? Or any other kind of cream cheese.

In a previous comment, Diana said that she used greasy cow's cheese and it turned out very good.

You're right, I didn't think of Philadelphia. thank you happy holidays

I would be interested in how to make whipped cream, considering that chicken and butter. :)

I don't understand the question, sorry. I don't make liquid cream, that's how I buy it from the store.

ciao miha, I also made the cake today, everything turned out perfectly, but the cream on the cake doesn't harden and I can't put the icing because it's too soft, thank you.

Did it sit in the fridge and not harden? I say leave it cold, the butter and cheese must harden and in addition the cream will be absorbed by the countertop.

The cream is not very stiff, it is light and velvety. The glaze spreads easily, lightly while it is still liquid.

thank you miha, that's what I did, I left one more and then I spread the icing, now I enjoyed a piece, it's so good. Thanks for the recipe. Super super good. I also made a cake from you today, the one with caramel cream and decorated balls. happy celebrations. and a new year closer to God and blessed.

Happy Holidays to you too! Everything you want in the New Year to come true.

hi miha .if it's still called cappuccino brownies can i put cappuccino instead of ness? the comments above convinced me to try it too. happy holidays and only good!

I think you can replace the ness with cappuccino, if you don't have it or if you don't like it, although I think the aroma will be much diminished.

Thank you and I wish you happy holidays too!

super delicious! I kiss you my dear and I wish you a wonderful year, full of fulfilled dreams! : *

mmmmm good this update. I keep it.

Mmmmmmmmmmmm, I was really wondering what cake to make today. I think I'll stop at it! :)

it looks tempting. the recipe must be saved.
I kiss you and I wish you a new year full of what you want.

How good it can look!
Kiss you and happy birthday!

Miha, the other day I also prepared the cake!
1. It is even easy and beautiful to prepare, you explained each stage very well!
2. I received generous praise from an entire & quotclan & quot!
3. I have pictures with her, I posted them on the elle forum next to the recipe link! If you want I will send you a picture by mail! :)
4. I recommend you all in the following way: everything I tried from Miha came out (I mention that I am not a housewife with great skills) because the recipes are given in good faith and are clearly explained!
Many kisses! And thanks!
Very soon, I will also try the waffles with homemade beaks !: D

Dear Ilda, every time I'm happy when you leave me a comment and you tell me that you tried something else and it worked out. And if you still like it, I'm already in the 9th heaven. :)))

Yes, you can send me a picture and I will post it here in the recipe. )

Yuuupiiii, what a joy you made me to receive you with you! I feel honored! Kisses! I'm sending mail now!

I made this cake over the weekend and something dreamy came out,, instead of cream cheese I put mascarpone, nothing was commented, it was just heard wow, wow, wow: P

Lucy, I think she was very good with mascarpone too. Well done, I'm glad you liked it! : *

Stuffed bread

I'm following Jamie Oliver's recipes with great interest. A few years ago my husband saw this recipe and was craving it. So we had to try it too.

I don't have too fixed ingredients.
The dough is bread / pizza
500 g flour
250 ml of warm water
1 sachet of dry yeast
a little bit of oil

-leaves like any yeast dough
-in the meantime, cut the leftovers of salami, ham, mushrooms, house left in the fridge, garlic, diced tomatoes - remove the seeds, basil.
- divide the dough into pieces - 5-6
-stretch each piece - towards the edge it would be better to make the dough thinner, fill it with the above mixture,
- gather the edges in the middle, seal well and turn
-some balls result
-grease with yolk and bake at 180 - 200 degrees until golden brown
- they are delicious

Chocolate cake

The top - it's the chocolate tart - taken from the kitchen / forum

3 eggs
130 g of sugar
90 ml of chocolate liqueur - because I didn't have it, I used a yogurt
40 ml of hard coffee
130 ml oil
70 g flour
70 g of ground walnuts - or coconut - comes out just as good
2 teaspoons baking powder

-the yolks are mixed, in turn, with sugar, oil, coffee, liqueur, egg whites, walnuts, flour and baking powder
- the oven is heated to 170 degrees
- Bake for 40-45 minutes
- I used a round cake tray 22cm in diameter
- after cooling, I cut the top in half and syruped it with coffee + chocolate liqueur

- on this blog Lissa perfectly explains how to make http://torturilelissei.blogspot.com/2008/11/crema-ganache.html
- I used a ganache cream - 200 g dark chocolate - this time I also combined milk chocolate + 200 ml liquid cream
- after melting on steam, I left the cream in the fridge for 1 hour
- I beat it with the mixer until it changed color and became fluffy.

- It's a delicious cream
- according to her instructions I also made a white cream, but less
- I covered the cake with brown cream and decorated it on the edge with chocolate squares.
- It was fffff good.
And now the pictures - step by step

Cappuccino Brownies

There was a time when I was obsessed with muffins and brownies. I copied dozens of recipes and tried them. I stayed true to this recipe. You can find it here: http://alfinuta.blogspot.com/2008/08/brownies-cappuccino.html

You need a 20x20 cm tray, lined with baking paper.

120 g dark chocolate - I usually use Poiana or a better chocolate.
85 g butter
1 teaspoon of ness, dissolved in a little water
3/4 cup (American measures) sugar - 85 g - I put more, my husband doesn't like too bitter cakes
vanilla essence
2 eggs
a little salt
1/2 cup flour - 60g
1/2 cup chopped walnuts - 40g

note: if you want you can measure with a cup = 240 ml
- the oven is heated to 180 degrees
- I melt chocolate, butter and ness on steam - don't let the water boil, and the steam is too hot - the composition may be cut - I suffered it!
- Leave a little, then add sugar, vanilla, eggs - one at a time, mixing well with a fork.
- sift the flour and salt and mix lightly. Do not mix too much, just enough to incorporate the flour.
- add the chopped walnuts
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes
- the inside must be softer, not perfectly baked.
- Leave to cool.

- 150 g cream cheese - Almette or Philadelphia
- 40 g soft butter
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- vanilla
- Cinnamon - I did not put

- the cheese is mixed with the butter. Beat well with the mixer. add sugar and flavors.
- spread over the counter and let it cool.

* Last time I used mascarpone and it came out very good.

- 80 g dark chocolate
- 20g butter
- 1/4 cup liquid cream - 60ml
- 2 teaspoons ness + a little water - I have not added them

- melt the ingredients on steam.
- the icing cools down a bit, then spread it over the cake.
- Put it in the cold
* it's a good glaze, it doesn't harden very much - in the sense that it doesn't crack when cut.

I didn't take pictures step by step - maybe next time.
I served a portion of cake - a big piece - you get enough and a half - with vanilla ice cream and fruit - bitter cherries and raspberries. Delicious!

Method of preparation

Heat the oven to 180 degrees and line a 20x30cm square shape with baking paper. Melt the chocolate, butter and dissolved ness over low heat, until the composition becomes homogeneous. Leave until warm, then add the sugar and vanilla. Add the eggs one by one, beat the composition well with the whisk, until it becomes shiny. Sift flour and salt into it, mix it barely and add the walnut kernel. Spread the dough with a spoon in the form and bake for about 25 minutes.

Beat the cream cheese with the butter with the mixer, until the cream becomes fluffy. Add powdered sugar, vanilla and cinnamon and beat for a few more minutes. Grease the cream evenly on the surface of the cake. Let cool for 1-2 hours.

Melt the chocolate, butter, whipped cream and ness dissolved in water, stirring constantly, until the icing becomes homogeneous. Cool to room temperature.
