Wheat:

Melt the chocolate, butter and dissolved ness over low heat, until the composition becomes homogeneous. Leave to cool, then add the sugar and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing vigorously after each, until the composition becomes glossy. Sift flour and salt into it, mix ONLY and add chopped walnut kernels. Spread the dough with a spoon in the form (20/30 cm) lined with baking paper and bake for about 25 minutes at 180 degrees .

Cream:

Beat the cream cheese with the butter with the mixer, until the cream becomes fluffy. Add the powdered sugar, vanilla and cinnamon and beat a little more, until smooth. Grease the cream evenly on the baked and cooled countertop. Let cool for an hour.

Glaze:


Melt the chocolate, butter, whipped cream and ness dissolved in water, stirring constantly, until the icing becomes homogeneous. Cool to room temperature.

Grease the icing evenly over the layer of cream and let it cool for at least 3 hours.

Cut into squares, which are stored in the refrigerator.

This thing about keeping it in the fridge is a metaphor, literally! :)) Natalia says in the recipe that it can be kept for up to 5 days. But who sits with such a cake in the fridge for so long? I don't! :)))


Delicious Desert: Cappuccino Brownies

A fairly simple cake to make, with a slightly different consistency. A dense, fragrant top, with large pieces of walnut, a fine cream, with a cinnamon scent, perfectly complemented by a thin layer of chocolate.

120 gr dark chocolate
one tablespoon ness dissolved in 1/2 tablespoon hot water
80 gr butter
100 gr sugar
1/2 cana faina
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (not ground)
2 eggs
2 sachets of vanilla sugar
a little salt

160 gr Philadelphia cheese (or Almette)
100 gr powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
o lingurita ness
40 gr butter

80 gr dark chocolate
50 gr liquid whipped cream
20 gr butter
2 teaspoons ness

Method of preparation

1. Wheat. Melt the chocolate together with the butter and the ness in a saucepan, over low heat. Allow to cool and incorporate the sugar. Add one egg, mix vigorously until incorporated and then add the other doing the same. Sift the flour, mix it with the salt and add it to the mixture. Then add the vanilla sugar, walnuts and mix gently, gently. Wallpaper a tray (18/20) with baking paper, pour the mixture, level and place the tray in the preheated oven at 175-180 degrees for 25 minutes.

2. Cream. I put all the ingredients together, put the mixer in and mixed for two minutes. What a taste! A very fine cream that I would use for a cake. When the countertop has cooled, spread the cream and level it nicely. Let the cake cool for an hour.

3. For the glaze we mix all the ingredients on a steam bath, in a saucepan. Leave until you get a homogeneous mixture and the chocolate is completely melted. Cool until it reaches room temperature then spread it evenly over the cake.

4. Let cool for at least 3 hours then cut it into squares.

It really is a special cake. When I made it for the first time, I was deeply impressed by the taste, but also by the fact that look, I also know how to make good cakes :))))

I have it in process now. I've been salivating for 2 days looking at the pictures. Unfortunately, the countertop didn't grow at all and I followed the instructions step by step :( I don't have cinnamon either, but I think it will still be delicious, although I have traces of doubt about the countertop. The countertop does not grow, it is not a fluffy countertop. It's rather hard, like a cookie. But after you put the cream on it and put it in the fridge, it gets the perfect consistency. It will be good and without cinnamon, but be sure to try this option, it is absolutely delicious.

I also made this cake for the first time and it is delicious! I have always made brownise with walnuts, but never in this combination. It is very refined and tasty. I can't wait to do it again this weekend. My sister-in-law, who rejects any walnut cake from the start, couldn't help but eat a slice when she saw what it looked like and felt it smell.

I poured it in a round tray with a detachable bottom of 28cm and it came out a bit thin, so I'm going to double the quantities and get a more presentable height.

Very good idea to put in the round tray, I think it looks great, even if the slice is thin. It's a good idea to double the quantities, but I'll tell you that this is the cake of its kind, not very high, only about 2 fingers high. If you make it in a square tray and cut small portions, they are only good to eat once. :)))

I came back because I did it again today. I couldn't wait until tomorrow. This time I made the normal countertop and doubled the amounts of cream and icing because I am a big eater of cheese desserts, as well as chocolate. By pure chance I arrived today through the market and the idea came to me to put fat cow's cheese instead of almette. Apart from the fact that it didn't mix so well (there are still small grains of cheese that I only know about), a madness came out! Sorry, but I don't think I can go back to the Almette version. :)

Stuffed bread

I'm following Jamie Oliver's recipes with great interest. A few years ago my husband saw this recipe and was craving it. So we had to try it too.

I don't have too fixed ingredients.
The dough is bread / pizza
500 g flour
250 ml of warm water
1 sachet of dry yeast
a little bit of oil

-leaves like any yeast dough
-in the meantime, cut the leftovers of salami, ham, mushrooms, house left in the fridge, garlic, diced tomatoes - remove the seeds, basil.
- divide the dough into pieces - 5-6
-stretch each piece - towards the edge it would be better to make the dough thinner, fill it with the above mixture,
- gather the edges in the middle, seal well and turn
-some balls result
-grease with yolk and bake at 180 - 200 degrees until golden brown
- they are delicious

Chocolate cake

The top - it's the chocolate tart - taken from the kitchen / forum

3 eggs
130 g of sugar
90 ml of chocolate liqueur - because I didn't have it, I used a yogurt
40 ml of hard coffee
130 ml oil
70 g flour
70 g of ground walnuts - or coconut - comes out just as good
2 teaspoons baking powder

-the yolks are mixed, in turn, with sugar, oil, coffee, liqueur, egg whites, walnuts, flour and baking powder
- the oven is heated to 170 degrees
- Bake for 40-45 minutes
- I used a round cake tray 22cm in diameter
- after cooling, I cut the top in half and syruped it with coffee + chocolate liqueur

Cream

- I used a ganache cream - 200 g dark chocolate - this time I also combined milk chocolate + 200 ml liquid cream
- after melting on steam, I left the cream in the fridge for 1 hour
- I beat it with the mixer until it changed color and became fluffy.

- It's a delicious cream
- according to her instructions I also made a white cream, but less
- I covered the cake with brown cream and decorated it on the edge with chocolate squares.

You need a 20x20 cm tray, lined with baking paper.

Countertop:
120 g dark chocolate - I usually use Poiana or a better chocolate.
85 g butter
1 teaspoon of ness, dissolved in a little water
3/4 cup (American measures) sugar - 85 g - I put more, my husband doesn't like too bitter cakes
vanilla essence
2 eggs
a little salt
1/2 cup flour - 60g
1/2 cup chopped walnuts - 40g

note: if you want you can measure with a cup = 240 ml
- the oven is heated to 180 degrees
- I melt chocolate, butter and ness on steam - don't let the water boil, and the steam is too hot - the composition may be cut - I suffered it!
- Leave a little, then add sugar, vanilla, eggs - one at a time, mixing well with a fork.
- sift the flour and salt and mix lightly. Do not mix too much, just enough to incorporate the flour.
- add the chopped walnuts
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes
- the inside must be softer, not perfectly baked.
- Leave to cool.

Cream:
- 150 g cream cheese - Almette or Philadelphia
- 40 g soft butter
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- vanilla
- Cinnamon - I did not put

- the cheese is mixed with the butter. Beat well with the mixer. add sugar and flavors.
- spread over the counter and let it cool.

* Last time I used mascarpone and it came out very good.

Glaze
- 80 g dark chocolate
- 20g butter
- 1/4 cup liquid cream - 60ml
- 2 teaspoons ness + a little water - I have not added them

- melt the ingredients on steam.
- the icing cools down a bit, then spread it over the cake.
- Put it in the cold
* it's a good glaze, it doesn't harden very much - in the sense that it doesn't crack when cut.

I didn't take pictures step by step - maybe next time.
I served a portion of cake - a big piece - you get enough and a half - with vanilla ice cream and fruit - bitter cherries and raspberries. Delicious!

Glaze:
Melt the chocolate, butter, whipped cream and ness dissolved in water, stirring constantly, until the icing becomes homogeneous. Cool to room temperature.
