Crispy Chicken Ingredients

Cooking Crispy Chicken:

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.

We turn on the oven, set the temperature to 220 degrees. Break the egg and separate the yolk from the protein. In a separate bowl, whisk the whisk until a soft foam forms. Three hard Parmesan cheese on a medium grater, then in a separate bowl we mix corn flour, breaded breadcrumbs and grated cheese. Mix gently and well.

Step 2: prepare the chicken.

Wash my chicken carcass under running water and cut it into 8 parts. The back and sternum are removed.

Step 3: bake the chicken.

Pour a little olive oil on a baking sheet and with a brush evenly distribute it over the entire surface. Rub each piece of chicken carcass with salt and pepper, dip in protein and roll cheese and flour mass on all sides. We immediately spread it on a baking sheet and sprinkle olive oil on top. So do with all the meat. We put the baking sheet in the oven and bake the meat at a temperature of 220 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Chicken is considered ready if the juice flowing from it when pierced with a knife is transparent.

Step 4: serve to the table.

We lay the finished chicken on plates and serve. It can be used as a meat side dish with boiled potatoes. Enjoy your meal!
