Salad "Sea Pearl"


Ingredients for Salad "Sea Pearl"

  1. Sea kale 250-300 grams

Preparation of Sea Pearl Salad:

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients.

Rinse the carrots thoroughly under a stream of cold water, dip them in a pot of clean water and place on high heat. When the water boils, reduce the heat and cook the carrots for about 10-15 minutes. Then take out the vegetable, cool slightly, peel and grate on a coarse grater. Rinse the chicken eggs, then boil for at least eight minutes so that they are hard boiled. Cool and chop finely. Tiger prawns, rinse and boil, strictly following the instructions on the package. Then cool and clear of the shell.

Step 2: Cooking Fig.

To begin with, you need to rinse the rice well so that the water is completely clean, not cloudy. Then pour it into a pan and fill it with filtered clean water. One glass of rice needs about one and a half glasses of water. After that, put on fire and bring to a boil. Salt a little, mix and reduce heat to a minimum. Cover the pot and cook the rice until cooked. Cool it before using it in a salad.

Step 3: Putting the salad.

Now for the preparation of the salad, you need to lay it out in layers directly in the serving plates, as follows: 1 layer: put seaweed, spread with mayonnaise; 2 layer: put carrots, grease with mayonnaise; 3 layer: rice, slightly salt and season with ground pepper, a thin layer of mayonnaise on top; 4 layer: crushed eggs; 5 layer: beautifully lay peeled tiger shrimps. Distribute mayonnaise over the entire surface of the layer, using a tablespoon.

Step 4: Serve Sea Pearl Salad.

Before serving, the salad needs to be infused for about 20-30 minutes, so that all layers are well saturated with mayonnaise. Good appetite!

Recipe Tips:

- - If you boiled all the water while boiling the rice, and the cereal remained undercooked - it doesn’t matter, just turn off the gas, cover the pan with a lid and leave it for 20 minutes, then the rice will go by itself. In no case do not add water, otherwise it will simply boil.

- - To make the shell easier to leave the eggs, you need to immediately after cooking them, put the pan under a stream of cold water for 5-10 minutes. And so that the shell does not crack during cooking, add salt without sparing it, it will not get under the shell, but it will keep the testicle intact.

- - To give the salad a piquant taste, you can immediately after cooking and cleaning the shrimp, sprinkle them with lemon juice.
