Cooking salad "Bull":

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients.

Let's start the preparation of the salad by setting the chicken fillet to boil, adding salt, pepper and bay leaf to the water. This will give the chicken a greater flavor. We’ll also boil rice, it’s best to use friable salad, which means that the proportion is 1 glass of rice - 2 glasses of water. It is necessary to lay rice in already boiling salted water. To cook both, we need about half an hour. But for boiling eggs you need only 10 minutes. Therefore, wait until they are hard-boiled, cool them with cold running water, peel them and chop them finely. Open a jar of peas and pour water from it. Cheese grated on a fine grater. Hot cooked fillet needs to be cut - so it will better break down into fibers, which means it will absorb the dressing better. Rinse with cold water and wait until it cools. In the salad we put only the cooled ingredients!

Step 2: Cooking the Bull-calf Salad.

The salad is puff, which means we will spread the ingredients in layers, taking turns, greasing each mayonnaise, which we have dressing, and adding a little salt. The first layer is chopped chicken. To put it out, we take a beautiful flat salad bowl, in which we will serve the salad on the table. We spread the fillet, giving the future salad the shape of the head of a bull, or the whole bull. Lubricate the layer with mayonnaise and continue. The next layer is green peas, then chopped eggs, and grated cheese completes the composition. The last layer can be lubricated, but can be left as is - depending on what color you want to see the bull, white or yellow, respectively. We proceed to the design.

Step 3: We make salad "Bull".

We cut the sausage into 3 circles, of which two we give the shape of the ears. We cut horns from cheese, and cut olives in half - these will be eyes and nose. If you made the whole bull whole, then you can make olives specks on the skin. To visually imagine how it should look - see a photo of the finished salad. So, we transfer our individual details to the salad, admire the final result, and we send the salad to insist and cool in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

Step 4: Serve the Goby Salad.

Ready-made salad is served chilled, under the admiring glances of the guests. Be sure to eat in a good mood! Enjoy your meal!
