Cooking lagman in Uzbek:

And finally, we throw spinach and green beans. Then salt, pepper and season with spices to your taste, stirring everything thoroughly. Next, close the lid and reduce the heat. Leave to simmer for 20 minutes. Add some water or broth if necessary. When brought to readiness, it should turn out to be rich and dense.

Step 2: Cooking the Secret Ingredient

The secret ingredient is called manhole. There are already a lot of vegetables in this dish, but I decided to add a little more aroma and a pleasant taste. After all, lagman is always eaten with lazo and vinegar. Laza - This is a bitter seasoning. It is prepared as follows: grated garlic, seasoned with red ground pepper, is fried in sunflower oil.

Step 3: Cook the noodles.
