Cabbage for this dish is also in large pieces, but it is advisable to sort them into separate leaves or inflorescences, if you decide to put cauliflower into business. We cut pepper into cubes, zucchini in half rings, tomatoes in thick circles.

Step 3: put everything in a cauldron.

At the very bottom we have a chicken, right from the pan, along with juice and butter. On top we spread onions and garlic, carrots and potatoes, cabbage, peppers, zucchini, tomatoes. Sprinkle all layers with salt and pepper. However, if it seems too sharp, pepper can not be put in all layers. Decide for yourself. Lubricate the tomatoes with mayonnaise and add sliced ​​butter.

Step 4: set on fire.
