Then we shift the chopped pears into a separate clean plate and go on to chop the apples. Similarly, remove the core with seeds and cut into small cubes. As soon as we cut the apples, we lay them to the pear, and put the lemon on the cutting board. Using a sharp knife, cut the citrus in half and squeeze juice from any one half, directly onto the chopped fruit. We need about 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, and pouring them with acid is necessary so that the fruits do not turn brown.

Step 4: prepare the almonds.

We wash almonds under running water from dust and other contaminants. Then put it in a deep plate and pour boiling water. Leave the nuts in this state for 5 minutes. Next, carefully drain the water and, after they cool down a little, we clear the skin. Then turn on the temperature of the stove to a medium level, put nuts in a pan and put on the burner.
