Cooking American fritters with strawberry puree:

Even if they were purchased in a store, it is better to be safe again and rinse them from various contaminants. Then break the eggs into a separate plate and add sugar. Using a whisk, beat the components until the sugar grains partially dissolve. Pour the field to the egg-sugar mixture of milk and kefir. And mix the mass until a homogeneous consistency. Then gradually pour the liquid mass into flour and mix with a whisk. The resulting dough should have medium density, and there should be no flour lumps in it. If you get too thick a dough that does not spread over the surface of the pan, then you can add milk.

Step 2: fry the pancakes.

Turn on the temperature of the plate to an average level. We grease the pan with a small amount of vegetable oil and set it on the burner. Next to the stove we put a large plate with a flat bottom. Next, with the help of a ladle, we collect a little dough and pour into the heated fat. Since American pancakes are usually made large enough, this is why we put the test cake in the very center of the container. Fry on the one hand for about 4 minutes, during which time numerous bubbles form on the pancake surface. And with the help of a kitchen spatula, we turn it over to the other side. After 3 minutes, the second side is browned and you can transfer the finished pancakes to a plate next to the stove. Then we collect the next batch of dough and fry all the other pancakes in the same way. Thus, we get about 10 - 11 large pancakes beautifully stacked.

Step 3: prepare the strawberries.

Pour strawberries into a colander and rinse under running water. Then we throw off on paper kitchen towels to absorb excess moisture. And remove the green ponytails from the berries. Next, add starch and 55-60 milliliters of water to a small plate. Mix the components. Then turn on the temperature of the stove to a small level. We cut the berries into 3 - 4 parts and transfer them to the pan. Next, set the container on the burner, add 2 tablespoons of sugar and pour the diluted starch. Stirring the mass with a tablespoon and bring to a boil. We cook 1 - 2 minutes, then turn off the stove, and rearrange the pan to another burner.

Step 4: make strawberry puree.

Pour the resulting strawberry jam into a blender bowl and chop in mashed potatoes. Then we pour it into a sieve and filter it from small strawberry seeds.

Step 5: Serve American Pancakes with Strawberry Smoothie.

Before serving, pour a stack of pancakes with strawberry puree. We prepare aromatic hot tea or coffee and call everyone to the table, taste amazingly delicious pastries with delicate berry sauce.
