Ingredients for making mushrooms with sauerkraut

Then in the same container for the onion we transfer the mushroom caps cut into slices from the plate and fry the mushroom ingredient together with the onion until the mushrooms acquire a golden color. And only after that we transfer sour cabbage to the container for our two ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste, and with the help of a teaspoon add caraway seeds to the prepared dish. Reduce the heat and give the opportunity to stew the cabbage for 25-30 minutesuntil it becomes soft. The preparedness of this ingredient can be determined by the golden brown color. After that, using a kitchen spatula, gently mix all the finished ingredients in a container. Attention: it is better to take a deep container for the preparation of our dish. You can cook a dish not only in a pan, but also in a cast-iron cauldron. After the mushrooms with sour cabbage are well extinguished, turn off the heat, and cover the container with a lid and let it boil a little more.

With the help of a kitchen spatula, we transfer our finished still hot dish into a deep dish and serve it on the table.
