Cooking Orange Fritters:

Step 3: prepare the dough for orange pancakes.

In the deep bowl, beat the right amount of unshell eggs, add sugar mixed with salt, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, lay the cottage cheese, pour in the milk, add the orange zest and orange juice. Stir the ingredients with a tablespoon until smooth. You should have a semi-dense mass with a pronounced aroma of oranges. Now, in order to make the dough thicker in parts, introduce the sifted wheat flour into the liquid mass by intensively mixing the ingredients with a whisk. This time, the dough will seem too thick to you, but you should not add liquid, during frying the dough will liquefy a little. Let the brew test stand for 10 - 15 minutes.

Step 4: fry the orange pancakes.

Turn the stove on a medium level and place in a non-frying pan with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Using the same tablespoon, put several servings of dough into the heated fat. It is advisable to put in a pan no more than 5 fritters with a distance from each other in 2 - 2.5 centimeters, since during cooking the dough softens and increases in size. Fry the first batch of fritters to a golden dark beige crust, first on one side, and then on the other. On frying fritters from two sides, it will take you no more 2 to 3 minutes. Then using a kitchen spatula, transfer the finished pancakes to a baking sheet covered with paper kitchen towels, and let the soft paper absorb the excess fat that will anyway be on the pancakes after frying. Then transfer your culinary masterpiece to a large flat dish. During frying, periodically add vegetable oil to the pan, as this type of dough has the ability to absorb fat. After you have prepared the first portion of orange fritters, prepare all the other flour products in the same way as above. It will take you about frying all the fritters 30 minutes - 40 minutes. Place the finished pancakes in a portion on a dessert plate and put a piece of butter on top of each pancake.

Step 5: serve the orange pancakes.

Orange pancakes are served warm. They are laid down on a large flat dish or in portions on dessert plates. Immediately before serving, orange pancakes can be poured with melted butter, sugar or wedge syrup. During serving, you can decorate it with slices or rings of orange.
