Cooking a pie with chicken and eggplant:

Attention: it is not necessary to lubricate the baking sheet, as the dough already contains oil, which during baking will not allow the cake to stick to the sides of the container and burn at the base. So, put our "bun" in the baking dish and distribute it with your fingers on the entire surface of the container, so that the dough still comes on the sides from about all sides 3 centimeters in height, but not less, since our filling can just fall out when we get the dish. Put the pan with the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, and we can move on to preparing the components for the filling.

Step 2: prepare the chicken fillet.

We wash the chicken fillet well under warm running water and then - shift it onto a chopping board. With a knife, we clean the meat from fat and cartilage. We shift the chicken ingredient into a medium pan and fill the container with ordinary cold water so that it completely covers the meat. We put on medium heat and cook for 20-25 minutes after boiling water. But that is not all! After the allotted time for cooking the chicken, turn off the burner and drain the pan through a colander into the sink. We leave the chicken fillet in this state until it reaches room temperature. After that, with clean hands we transfer the meat to a cutting board and chop it into small cubes with a knife. The processed component is transferred to a clean plate.

Step 3: prepare the onion.

Using sharp tools, peel the onion from the husk and immediately after that we wash it under cold running water. We spread the ingredient on a cutting board and finely chop it into small squares about the size of 0.5-0.7 centimeters. After - we shift the onion component into a free plate.

Step 4: prepare the eggplant.

With a knife, peel the eggplant from the peel and tail, and then - rinse it under running water. We spread the ingredient on a cutting board and with the same sharp inventory, finely chop it into cubes in size, like chicken. Shredded vegetable is transferred to a clean plate. Attention: in fact, if you like to add eggplant to the dishes with the skin, then you can not cut it, and cut the vegetable into pieces in the shape that you like.

Step 5: prepare the filling.

We put the pan over medium heat and pour a small amount of vegetable oil into the container. After the allotted time, turn off the burner and add the chicken fillet to the pan with fried vegetables. Salt and pepper to taste and mix thoroughly until smooth.

Step 6: prepare the cheese.

To make such a pie, any hard cheese of your choice will do. Therefore, grind it with a fine grater directly above a clean plate and meanwhile put it aside.

Step 7: prepare the fill.

Add sour cream to a deep bowl, pour milk and break eggs. Using a hand whisk or a tablespoon, mix all the ingredients until a homogeneous mass is formed. Then, add the crushed cheese to the container, and also add salt to taste. Once again, mix everything well with improvised inventory and we can already proceed to the process of preparing the dish itself.

Step 8: prepare a pie with chicken and eggplant.

So, we take out the form with the dough from the refrigerator and with the help of a tablespoon we spread the filling into it. Having leveled the ingredients over the entire surface, evenly fill the filling with filling. Put the baking tray with the dish in the preheated oven to the temperature 180 ° C and bake for 40-45 minutes.
