Holding a frying pan with a kitchen tack, transfer cheese to it with a wooden spatula or a tablespoon and fry it on one side, and then turn each piece of tofu, on the other hand, until a golden crust forms. We take the cheese from the pan using the same dining equipment and put it on a plate so that it cools down a bit. And now we string the finished ingredient on skewers.

Step 5: prepare the fried tofu canapes.
