Making coffee brownie:

Then open the butter and, without removing it from the packaging, cut into cubes with an approximate diameter of 3 by 3 centimeters. Put the cubes of butter in a bowl of chocolate. After that, put the container on the pan in which the water has already begun to boil. After the water has boiled, and you will hear it by the characteristic gurgling sound, screw the stove to the lowest level and arm yourself with a kitchen spatula. Slowly stirring the ingredients in a bowl, melt them to a liquid, homogeneous consistency. Do not accelerate the melting process, including the stove to a higher level, the mass in the bowl should not boil! Gradually, the ingredients in the bowl melt completely, and you get a flavored chocolate homogeneous mass without lumps, small pieces of chocolate and butter. When this happens, turn off the stove, remove the bowl from the pan, helping yourself with a kitchen towel, set it aside and let the chocolate mass cool.

Step 2: combine sugar, eggs and coffee.

Take a clean, dry bowl and beat in the right amount of unshell eggs. Then add instant expresso coffee to the eggs. Introduce granulated sugar, salt and vanilla extract. Knead the mass with a wooden kitchen spatula until sugar is completely dissolved and then whisk it with a whisk until a light beige foam appears on the surface. This process will take you approximately 15 to 20 minutes.

Step 3: connect the liquid masses.

Pour the cooled chocolate mass into a bowl with egg mass. Knead them to a uniform consistency with a wooden kitchen spatula. As a result, you will get a beautiful mass of light brown in color with a pronounced aroma of coffee. Preheat the oven up to 175 - 180 degrees Celsius.

Step 4: prepare the flour.

Take a clean, dry bowl, with a sieve, sift the right amount of wheat flour into it and add the food baking powder there. Using a whisk, mix the flour mass with baking powder to a homogeneous consistency. Then put in flour 250 grams of chocolate dragee. Stir the ingredients with your clean hand so that the flour completely envelops the small chocolate beads.

Step 5: prepare the batter.

Introduce the flour mass with dragees into the liquid mass and mix the ingredients with a wooden kitchen spatula until smooth. You should get a chocolate dough, reminiscent of the consistency of a dough for pancakes. You do not need to wait until the chocolate dragees melt, they will melt during baking, which will give your dessert a pleasant chocolate softness.

Step 6: prepare a baking sheet and pour the dough.

Now take a non-stick baking dish with high sides and cover it with baking paper. Pour all the chocolate - coffee dough into a mold and smooth its surface with a kitchen spatula.

Step 7: bake a coffee brownie.

Place the dough in the preheated oven and bake coffee brownie 30 - 35 minutes. After using a wooden skewer, make sure that the dessert is ready. Just insert it into the flesh of the cake - the cake and pull it out, if the tip is in batter, let the flour product reach full readiness 7 to 10 minutes in the oven.
