Baked Chicken Breasts


Ingredients for Cooking Baked Chicken Breasts

Cooking Baked Chicken Breasts:

Step 1: prepare the chicken breasts.

Step 3: we form rolls.

Now we pass to the most interesting and responsible stage of preparation. On the chopping board we lay the prepared chicken breast, grease its surface with the filling and carefully wrap the meat in a roll. Then we fasten it with two slices of pastrami, so that the chicken rolls do not unfold during baking. We grease the baking dish with margarine and starting from the corner of the mold, we put the formed rolls into a container. After we have formed and laid all the rolls in a mold, fill them with Caesar sauce so that it covers the entire surface of the chicken. After that, you can start baking the dish.

Step 4: bake the dish.

Into the preheated oven up to 100 - 110 degrees remove the chicken form and bake it 3 - 3,5 hours. Such a long baking time will make the meat very tender, juicy and soft. Then increase the temperature to 180 - 200 degrees and bake another 20 minutes. In order to get a beautiful crispy crust. We take out the finished dish from the oven, helping ourselves with tacks, and proceed to serving.

Step 5: serve the baked chicken breasts.

Lettuce leaves are laid out on plates for serving as decoration, and a couple of chicken rolls are laid on top. And you can serve the dish to the table.
