Ingredients for Making Caramelized Oranges

Step 3: Add rosemary and vodka to the pan, bring the dish to readiness.

Rub the leaves of rosemary well with your hands and add to the pan to the oranges, mix. Then pour vodka into the pan, mix again. After that, increase the heat to maximum and cook the mass, stirring constantly, about 1 minute. Remove the pan from the heat, slightly cool the dessert.

Step 4: Serve the caramelized oranges.

Gently place the prepared and cooled dessert on serving bowls. Also, for beautiful presentation of the dish, beautiful glasses on a high leg, for example, martinki, are suitable. Sprinkle the oranges on top with the crushed thyme leaves and serve as a dessert. Choose a drink to it to your taste. It may well be tea, coffee, juice, a glass of wine or champagne. Do not forget to add a dessert spoon to the treat. Good appetite!
