Cooking chicken legs in puff pastry:
Step 1: fry the onion with mushrooms.Carefully cut the onion into a small cube and pour it into the heated pan. Fry our onions until golden and add mushrooms to it. Fry the coats of arms in a place with onions, salt and pepper.
Step 2: grind and fry.We take our chicken legs, rub them with pepper and salt. Then we put in a heated pan and fry until cooked and debug them, let them cool.
Step 3: working with the test. While the legs are cooling, we roll out the puff pastry, and cut it into squares (10 by 10 cm.) Thick (0.5 cm.). In the middle of the box we put in the form of a circle a thin strip of dough (we will put the filling in it).
Step 4: wrap in the dough. For each piece of dough we put a little of our filling. Put some cheese in the filling, then a leg in the middle of our piece of dough (in such a position that the lower part bones looked to the top). Wrap the edges and tie with a thread so that the bone peeks out of the bag. Wrap the protruding tip of the bone in foil.
Step 5: bake and serve.Lubricate the pan with sunflower oil and lay out the bags with legs. Preheat the oven to approximately 180 degrees and bake the legs in puff pastry for about thirty minutes (time depends on size). When our legs are ready, put them on a dish, tie them nicely with green onions, sprinkle with dill or parsley and serve. Enjoy your meal!
- - Watch the temperature of your oven so that the legs bake evenly.
- - It is advisable to use refined oil, as it does not have bitterness and does not foam.
- - Remember that meat dishes are actually not interchangeable.
