Cooking "Hunting" cutlets:

Step 1: Cook the minced meat.

The highlight of this dish is the familiar and at the same time unusual combination of ingredients. So, the first thing we pass through the meat grinder with a fine mesh is the chilled, well-washed meat: pork, turkey and chicken. First, do not forget to thaw it at room temperature, and then rinse under cold running water and cut into arbitrary pieces. Then chop the loaf coarsely and soak it in milk. At this time, peel onions, potatoes and garlic from the husks and peels, and wash everything thoroughly. After that, we grind everything with a meat grinder (mushrooms and a loaf too) and add to the meat, salt, pepper, hammer in the eggs and knead the minced meat until a homogeneous mass is formed.

Step 2: Cooking the "Hunting" cutlets.

Set the oven to heat. 220 degrees. We form cutlets from minced meat and put them on a baking sheet, pre-lightly greased with vegetable oil. Then we send baked in the oven 30-40 minutes. In this case, it is necessary to put a pan with water on the grid below the pan so that the patties are not dried, but rather stewed.

Step 3: Serve the cutlets "Hunting".

Transfer the finished patties to a serving dish. Garnish mashed potatoes and a light vegetable salad. Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- - Of course, you can simplify your task and not add potatoes with mushrooms to the minced meat. The taste of cutlets from this will not be lost.

- - Cutlets can be fried, but when baked they turn out more juicy and not so greasy.

- - Serve cutlets with red wine.
