Cooking tuna in tomato sauce:

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients for the dish.

We wash the tomatoes in water and make small and not deep incisions in the vegetables. After that, dip the tomatoes on 30-40 seconds in boiling water. After that, using a spoon, remove them from the water and remove the skin from them. It should be noted that after such an aqueous procedure, the skin will come off very easily and naturally. Next, cut the resulting tomato pulp into small cubes.

Step 2: Bake the sauce.

Spread the fried onions at the bottom of the refractory form. We spread chopped tomatoes on top of it. Season it all with salt and pepper to taste. Peel the garlic and pass through a special press. It is also laid in shape, along with caraway seeds and bay leaves. Preheat the oven to a temperature 160 degrees, after which we send the form to it. Bake the dish for 10 minutes, after which we take it out of the fryer, add capers to the mixture, mix everything well with a spoon and squeeze a little to squeeze the juice. After this action, we again send the form to the oven for another 10 minutes.

Step 3: Cook the tuna.

While our sauce is baked, prepare the fish. But it's worth starting to do it. in 5-7 minutes until the sauce is baked. Previously, doing this is pointless and useless. Warm up in a pan 1 tbsp. a spoonful of olive oil after which we add pieces of tuna to it and fry it on maximum heat on both sides 20-30 seconds each. Next, remove the form from the oven, water the contents 2 tablespoons of olive oil, mix lightly and lay the pieces of tuna fillet on top. We send the form back to the oven and bake another 15 minutes at a temperature of 160 degrees.

Step 4: Serve the tuna in tomato sauce.

We put the tuna on a plate and pour it a little with tomato sauce. The best side dish for such a dish is legumes and young potatoes.
