Cooking Fried Dumplings:

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients.

We wash the meat with cold running water, dry it with a paper towel. We clean the onion from the husk. We twist the meat and onion in an average meat grinder, add salt and pepper and carefully mix the minced meat until a homogeneous mass is formed. Sift the flour through a sieve, add salt, collect the flour with a slide, make a hole in the middle, pour the egg first, then water and quickly knead the dough. After that, abundantly flour the table, spread the dough on it and knead it with your hands. As a result, we get a cool elastic dough that does not stick to your hands.

Step 2: Make dumplings.

Divide the resulting dough into 4 parts. Thinly roll out each of the parts with a rolling pin. Formation thickness should be approximately 3 mmif rolled thinner - the dough will break, and if thicker - dumplings will be fried for a long time. We lay the rolled layer on the dumplings and put in each cell a small lump of minced meat, rolled into a ball. After that, we cover the dumplings on top with a second layer of dough. With a rolling pin, gently, without pressing, we roll out the upper layer. When the cells are clearly marked, we increase the pressure of the rolling pin so that the edges of the dough are properly blinded together. We remove the excess dough along the edges of the dumplings, turn it over and shake the dumplings.

Step 3: Fry the dumplings.

Lubricate the pan with vegetable oil and heat over medium heat. Put dumplings on it and reduce the heat to low and fry 10-15 minutes stirring occasionally so that the dumplings are fried on both sides.

Step 4: Serve the fried dumplings.

Ready dumplings can be sprinkled with pepper, herbs, grated cheese or served with sour cream, ketchup or other sauce. Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- - If you do not have dumplings, you can cut out the dough with a glass, put the minced meat in the middle, fold the dough in half and pinch the edges with your fingers.

- - Stuffing balls should not be too large, otherwise the dough may break in the future.

- - Raw dumplings can be frozen and stored in the freezer. To freeze, place the dumplings on a board or dish so that they do not touch each other. After frozen dumplings can be folded into a bag.
