Cooking potted mushrooms:

Step 1: Prepare the mushrooms.

First we have to deal with mushrooms. We carefully sort each mushroom, cut out damaged places with a knife, then put the mushrooms in a colander and rinse thoroughly with cold running water. After that, take a pan of a larger diameter than a colander, pour water into it, boil and lower the colander with mushrooms in boiling water for One minute - we do this in order to neutralize harmful substances that may be contained in mushrooms. After that, let the water drain, cool and cut the mushrooms. Small fungi can be left whole, large cut into 3-4 pieces. In general, mushroom slices should be approximately the same size.

Step 2: Prepare the dough for the “lids”.

In order to make the dish even more spectacular - both in appearance and in taste, we prepare the dough with which we will fill the pots. To do this, sift the flour into a bowl through a sieve, make a small hole in it and break the egg into it. We mix the dough, add water and salt and mix until smooth without lumps. We leave the finished dough "to reach" 15-20 minutes. We divide the dough into three equal parts and roll out round cakes with a rolling pin. Do not try to make them perfectly smooth - a slight imperfection of the dough will give it the charm of provence.

Step 3: Cook the mushrooms in pots.

Peel the garlic and onions. We cut the garlic in not too thick rings, and the onion in half rings. Grease the pan with vegetable oil and fry the mushrooms with onions and garlic until almost ready (20-30 minutes). Add salt, pepper and finely chopped green onions. Lubricate the bottom and walls of the pots with a piece of butter and spread the mushrooms there. We spread sour cream on top with an even layer, without stirring. A little pepper sour cream. Three cheese on a coarse grater and also spread in a pot over sour cream. We cover the pots with mushrooms with dough and pierce the dough several times with a fork so that it does not bubble when baking. From above, grease the dough with butter, which we pre-melt in a small saucepan over low heat. Pots are sent to bake in the oven on 45-50 minutes at a temperature 180 degrees.

Step 4: Serve the mushrooms baked in pots.

Serve the dish hot without removing the dough from the pots. Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- - If you have little time, you can go the simple way - cover the pots with ordinary lids.

- - The recipe contains the simplest version of the test. If you wish, you can make puff pastry - it will be even tastier.

- - Instead of champignons, you can take porcini mushrooms, which should be previously boiled for at least 30-40 minutes.
