Ingredients for making vegetable broth

Preparation of vegetable broth:

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients.


In general, the composition of the ingredients can be changed to your liking. So, the first thing you need to clean the parsnip and cut into large slices.
Celery root and carrots are also peeled and cut into large cubes.
Peel onions and cut in half.
Rinse the leaves of leek thoroughly under cold water, and then chop them coarsely.

Step 2: Cook the vegetable broth.


We transfer all the vegetables to the pan, pour three liters of water and send to cook on medium heat. As soon as the water begins to boil, reduce the heat and continue to cook within 30 minutes. If noise appears, remove it.
Then we add parsley, bay leaf, peeled garlic and peas to the broth, and continue to cook more 20 minutes.

Filter the finished broth with a colander, and throw out the vegetables, as they have completely become tasteless.

Step 3: Serve the vegetable broth.
