Ingredients for the preparation of pot "Smakota"

  1. Potato 9 pcs.
  2. Chicken egg 1 pc.
  3. Premium wheat flour 50 gr.
  4. Chicken fillet 0.5 kg.
  5. Mushrooms (champignons) 0.5 kg.
  6. Onion 2 pcs.
  7. Sour cream (15%) 200 gr.
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Ground black pepper to taste

Cooking pot "Smakota":

Step 1: Cooking Draniki.

As you probably guessed, we will prepare our dish in pots. But first we need to make potato pancakes. To do this, take the potatoes and peel, after which they are well washed under cold running water. Take a bowl, pour a little water and finely three potatoes into it. Water is needed so that it does not turn black. Then squeeze excess water and starch from it and transfer to another bowl, add the egg, flour, salt and ground black pepper (to taste). Mix thoroughly. We put on a medium heat to heat the pan, pour a little vegetable oil and spread the potato dough on it with a tablespoon. Fry potato pancakes on both sides until golden brown.

Step 2: Cook the mushrooms and fillets.

Chicken fillet must be well beaten on both sides with a chopping hammer, salt, pepper and cut into medium pieces (arbitrary). Peel and chop onions. Mushrooms (I have champignons) wash well, peel and arbitrarily chop. We put two pans on a medium fire and pour vegetable oil. In the first we spread the chicken fillet on both sides to fry (until cooked). And in the second - onions and as soon as it becomes transparent, add the mushrooms and simmer over low heat until they are ready. Do not forget to put a little salt.

Step 3: Prepare a pot of Smakota.

Set the oven to heat. 150 degrees. We take the pot and lay out 2-3 potato pancakes first, pour sour cream and spread some mushrooms, pour sour cream again and add a little fillet, pour sour cream and repeat the circle. From above, add a little salt to taste and add about 100 ml of water. Then cover and send to stew in the oven for about for 1 hour.

Step 4: Serve the pot of Smakota.

Cool the prepared pots and transfer the dish to the serving plates. Sprinkle finely chopped herbs on top and can be served. Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- - Chicken fillet can be replaced with pork. But keep in mind that it takes longer to cook.

- - About 5 pots are obtained from the indicated amount of ingredients.

- - You can grate some cheese on top of the pot.

- - Only two layers of ingredients are placed in my pots, but if you have more capacious ones, put them in 3 layers (it will only taste better).

- - You can add a little onion and garlic to the potato dough.

- - Serve the dish right in the pots.
