Ingredients for making lamb lagman

Cooking lamb from lamb:

Step 1: Cut vegetables and meat.

Step 2: Fry the meat with vegetables.

We put a deep frying pan or pan with a thick bottom on medium heat, pour vegetable oil and spread the lamb to fry until golden brown. Add onion, mix and fry. Next add carrots and peppers, salt and add 0.5 cup boiled water. Cover and simmer about 30 minutes. We check the meat with a fork, and when it is almost ready, add the tomatoes and mix well. At this time, peel the garlic and cut each clove into thin plates. Add together with a pot of pepper to the pan, mix well, cover and simmer until fully cooked (about 20 minutes).

Step 3: Cook the lamb lagman.
