Ingredients for Cooking Lamb Stew

Cooking lamb stew:

Step 1: Prepare vegetables and meat.

The first step is to peel the onions and garlic, and then finely chop. Peel the tomatoes (in my own juice) and grind in a blender. Rinse the lamb well under running water and chop randomly.

Step 2: Fry lamb with vegetables.

We put on a medium heat to heat a deep pan, pour vegetable oil and spread the onion with garlic and fry to transparency. Next, add meat, salt, pepper and fry on both sides, approximately 7 minutes each with each. Pour red wine, mix and simmer until it practically evaporates (10 minutes).

Step 3: Stew the lamb.

Then pour the tomatoes and stew, cover about 40-50 minutes. At this time, finely chop the greens (I have onions and a little parsley) and add it 5 minutes before readiness.

Step 4: Serve the lamb stew.

Lamb is best served with a side dish, such as boiled rice. And as an aperitif, serve semi-sweet red wine. Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- - You can cook lamb without wine, this is my personal initiative. But with it the meat is very aromatic and juicy.

- - In addition to green onions and parsley, you can add any other spices to your taste (for example, thyme, myron).
