I put the vinegar together with the oil, sugar and tomato paste on the fire, letting them boil for about 30 minutes. After this period, I added the small bouquets of cauliflower and the finely chopped pepper. Together they boil for about 40 minutes. It matches the salt (I didn't put it at all because the tomato paste was quite salty).
The hot composition is put in sterilized jars, the lids are stapled and the jars are turned upside down, covering them until the next day with a blanket.
I got 3 jars of 800 grams and a jar of 400 g.
How good did it turn out ?! Well ... should I say that the next day I popped the little jar alone ?! :)
