I initially made semolina with milk but my little girl didn't like it so I tried to make a pudding and she liked it very much!

  • 1 liter of milk
  • Gray 6 tbsp
  • Vanilla (essence a few drops or vanilla sugar 1 sachet)
  • Sugar 10 tablespoons
  • Cocoa 3 tablespoons
  • Eggs 3 pieces
  • Margarine or butter 1 teaspoon
  • Salt 1 powder
  • Baking soda 1 powder

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Gray pudding with cocoa:

Boil the milk together with the sugar and a pinch of salt. When it starts to boil, add the semolina in the rain, stirring constantly with the fork. Bring to a boil, turn off the heat and add vanilla and margarine or butter. Cover with a lid and leave to cool (I even had it in the fridge overnight because only the next day I decided to make pudding).

Separate the yolks from the egg whites and rub the yolks well with the cocoa and whisk the egg whites. Mix the semolina composition with the milk and the yolks and at the end we put the egg whites and the baking soda and we incorporate them carefully from the bottom up by inverting. Line a baking dish with baking paper and turn the composition over. Put in the oven. I heated the oven to about 150 degrees for 10 minutes. I baked it for about 30 minutes but I think it depends on the oven, anyway it's ready when it's tied like a meatball.

After I took it out of the oven, I kept the pot covered for about 20 minutes so that it steamed a little more.

Recipe: Strawberry pudding with strawberries

Since the strawberries are still everywhere, I also tried a recipe for semolina pudding with strawberries, which turned out delicious and to the taste of the children. It can be served for both breakfast and dessert.

  • 1/2 l of milk
  • semolina (about 4 tablespoons)
  • a bowl of strawberries
  • 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Bring the milk to a boil and in the meantime cut the strawberries into small pieces and mix with the vanilla sugar. Leave a few strawberries for decoration.

Even before boiling the milk, put the semolina in the rain and stir continuously with a whisk. I put the semolina before it boils, so that it doesn't become lumpy. I wrote 4 tablespoons of ingredients, but it is semolina until the composition becomes quite strong.

Leave it to boil for a few minutes, then add sugar to taste and strawberries mixed with sugar. It is then removed from the heat, the semolina turning pink. Pour into cups or bowls and garnish with chopped strawberries over which sprinkle sugar to melt, forming a pink syrup.

We do not need many ingredients to prepare cocoa pudding. It is very easy to do. In maximum 10 minutes we have the dessert ready and we can put it in cups. We wait for it to cool, then we can decorate it or eat it simply.

Boiled cocoa pudding is simple, fast, and the fine cream is delicious and flavorful.

I used coconut milk for this cocoa pudding, but you can also use other vegetable milk variants: soy milk, rice milk, almond milk, cashew milk. These types of drinks are also used by those who are allergic to lactose or gluten. They are not only healthy, they are also tasty.

500 ml coconut milk & # 8211 WE DO NOT USE COCONUT MILK IN METAL DOSAGE!

200 g sugar / can also be coconut sugar

10 g black cocoa powder

1 packet of vanilla sugar & # 8211 optional

For decoration:

1 teaspoon coconut

1 teaspoon almond flakes

Put all the solid ingredients (except sugar) in a bowl and mix. Pour 100 ml of coconut milk over them and mix so that they do not form lumps.

Heat the coconut milk with the sugar, pour it into the bowl with solid ingredients and mix until the composition is homogeneous.

Return the milk to the boil, over low to medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens and obtain the pudding. Take the bowl off the heat and divide the pudding into glasses / cups / bowls.

Let it cool until it reaches room temperature (it doesn't take long), then decorate according to your imagination.

I chose for decoration with coconut, almond flakes and berries.

I had bought some soy vegetable milk from cocoa with cocoa, you know, from the sweetened one. I thought of doing something good for my family. Part of it I consumed as such, another part I used to make a fasting cake and I had about 400 ml left, which if I didn't consume it quickly would be altered, obviously.

So I decided to turn them into one fasting pudding with cocoa. A delicious dessert came out, which, let me tell you "was a beating" from him. Out of 400 ml, only 4 servings can come out, generous, which is true, but we are 4 people in the house, so we had to be more satisfied with testing the pudding. The little one, at least, wanted a double portion, so we, the adults, even tasted more than we ate.

This pudding can be made even if you do not have cocoa milk ready sweetened as I had. In this case, however, you will need to increase the amount of cocoa and add sugar to taste. Even as sweet as I had it, you may not find it too sweet. We got used to the less sweet taste so it was enough for us the amount of sugar already existing in that milk and we didn't add any more.

However, it may not be to your liking, so it is good to taste it before boiling it and possibly add extra sugar. To melt faster you can even use powdered sugar. But let's see now how to make this delicious fasting pudding.

Whisk the egg whites and add to the pudding, stirring slowly with a small whisk.
Pour the pudding into glasses / cups. Garnish with fruit, whipped cream or jam.

  1. Bring water or milk to a boil. After it boils, let it simmer and add the buckwheat powder lightly, stirring with a whisk so that no lumps form, keep it on the fire for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  2. Remove the bowl from the heat, add the coconut oil, cocoa and sweetener (if you use honey, let the composition cool a bit)
  3. Put all the pudding in a plate and garnish with goji berries, cocoa beans, coconut flakes and green buckwheat.

Cream pudding with cocoa

You know I like great, simple recipes. In fact, the brilliantly simple ones. Today's recipe belongs to this category. From a few common ingredients comes a dessert with a fabulous consistency, similar to a more compact chocolate mousse. It can be served plain or with whipped cream and / or berries. It can also be a perfect filling for a cheesecake (of course, increasing the quantities). As a base you can use one of the doughs here.
The sweetening of this dessert I did with a new sweetener I tried recently. It is a combination of erythritol and stevia, at a friendly price. It has a glycemic index of 0 and 0 calories, with no strange taste. There are 1: 1, 1: 2 (with double sweetening power), 1: 2 sachets and pills for hot and cold drinks.
I used the 1: 2 option, of which I put twice the amount. You can, of course, put the sweetener you normally prefer, according to personal taste.

  • 300 g fat fermented cream (minimum 25% fat)
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 g sweetened stevia 1: 2 (or 100 g Green Sugar)
  • 30 g cocoa (one tablespoon with a large tip)
  • vanilla

I specify that it is needed fermented cream, not sweet for cream. That is, from the classic one found in the dairy district. The only condition is to be as fat as possible, 25% or even 30% fat.

Beat all the components of the recipe with the mixer until the composition is homogeneous, which will be liquid. It is poured into ceramic molds. It does not need to be greased with anything beforehand. The forms are placed in a tray, in which hot water is poured, up to half of the forms. Cover the tray with a lid or aluminum foil and place in the preheated oven at 170 degrees C for about an hour, or until the surface sticks. When the puddings are ready, turn off the heat and leave the oven door ajar until completely cooled.

After cooling, the puddings are covered with cling film and moved cold overnight.
