Royal Starfish Salad Ingredients

Preparation of Royal Starfish Salad:
Step 1: Prepare the ingredients.Hard-boiled eggs, cool and peel. I bought already peeled and boiled shrimps, but if you have fresh ones, then they must be boiled in salted water with spices and peeled. We boil boiled eggs and cheese (I have Russian) on a coarse grater. Finely chopped shrimps and olives. Wash the tomato and cut it into very thin round slices. Fish (I have salted trout) must also be finely chopped. It’s best to buy already chopped trout.
Step 2: Prepare the starfish royally.In a small bowl we spread sour cream and mayonnaise in equal proportions, salt a little and season with lemon juice. Mix thoroughly. Add grated eggs, cheese, chopped olives and shrimp to the sauce. Mix. The main thing in a salad is to give it the correct shape - stars. On a serving plate, put the star-filled sauce. Distribute evenly and spread on top slices of tomato, and chopped fish on them. Top salad can be sprinkled with finely grated yolk or sesame seeds. We decorate the salad with olives and lemon slices and send to the refrigerator to soak at least for 1 hour.
Step 3: Serve the starfish royally.After an hour, we take the salad out of the refrigerator and serve it on the table. Enjoy your meal!
