Cooking baked mincemeat with meat:

Step 1: Preparing the ingredients.

Chicken fillet must be thawed, rinse thoroughly in water. We shift it into the pan, fill it with cold water so that the meat is completely covered with it. We put the container on medium heat and bring to a boil, then remove the foam with a slotted spoon, add a little salt and cook the chicken for 20 minutes. Wash the potatoes thoroughly in water and boil it in its uniform (in the peel) until soft, which takes about 20 minutes in time. Onions are peeled, cut into small cubes and sautéed in a frying pan in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Step 2: Cook the mincemeat.

We will prepare a meat grinder with a small nozzle or a blender. Initially chopped chicken with herring fillet. Next, add boiled potatoes peeled and peeled in onions. Skip it all over again. Three cheese on a fine grater, leave 2 tablespoons, and send the rest to the chopped mass, then add sour cream and sifted flour. Stuffing mix thoroughly. We interfere with egg yolks and spices with seasonings. Beat the whites with salt until a light foam forms. We also add the mass to the mincemeat and again pass through the meat grinder or mix using a blender.

Step 3: Bake the mincemeat in the oven.

We grease a form or a baking sheet with a small amount of vegetable oil. Spread the minced meat in a uniform layer in a container and distribute with a spoon. Sprinkle the top with grated cheese. We send a baking sheet in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake for 40 minutes at a stable temperature. The finished mincemeat easily lags behind the walls of the form, and outwardly it appears brightly browned.

Step 4: Serve the baked mincemeat with meat.

Ready mincemeat is served on the table in warm or cold form with fresh vegetables and sour cream in the form of sauce. The appetizer is cut according to the principle of cake (longitudinal triangles) or in any other arbitrary shape. You can decorate the pieces with sprigs of fresh herbs.
