Cooking Cream Paste:

Step 1: Boil the paste.

Step 3: Mix the ingredients.

Throw the prepared pasta into a colander and carefully drain the liquid. Remove the sauce from the heat and mix it thoroughly with pasta. Add the lemon zest to the finished dish and mix again.

Step 4: Serve the creamy paste.

Without letting the dish cool down, immediately transfer it to the serving plates and serve. Already when the creamy pasta is in the plate, it is necessary to sprinkle it abundantly with grated cheese. It is best to grind it on a fine grater so that the parmesan will quickly melt and add a special taste to Italian pasta. Good appetite!
