Cooking julienne in a bun:

Step 1: Cooking the julienne.

Then we add boiled chicken fillet to the pan, lightly fry, add one teaspoon of wheat flour and mix it thoroughly, immediately add sour cream, salt, pepper and stew for 15-20 minutes, not more. After that, julienne must be cooled.

Step 2: Cook the julienne in a bun.

Set to preheat the oven up to 180 degrees. At this time, we begin to prepare buns. To do this, cut off the top of them and pull out the entire crumb, thus forming a pot. Rub cheese on a coarse grater. Take the buns and fill them with a cooled julienne. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top, spread the buns on a baking sheet and send to the oven to bake 5-7 minutes. The baking sheet can be pre-coated with parchment paper.

Step 3: Serve the julienne in a bun.
