1. Prepare a syrup in sugar and water. Put them in a saucepan over low heat until the syrup thickens.

2. Separate the egg whites from the yolks.

3. Beat the egg whites, add the hot syrup over them and continue beating.

4. Beat the yolks with the milk in a saucepan over the flame (being careful not to catch or make the omelet :) or on a bain-marie.

5. Pour the yolks over the egg whites and mix well.

6. Sift the milk powder (little by little) into the composition and mix well.

7. Add the yogurt and mix.

9. In one of the compositions put the nesquik and mix.

10. Wash the chopped and peeled cherries more coarsely in a blender and add them in the 2nd composition.

11. Put the compositions in forms and put in the freezer for 12 hours.
